This Content Block is programmed to survey the user by using 4 sliders. The end-user will adjust each slider then select the “SUBMIT” Button. The slide then calculates the average value. The designer has ability to customize the Text Box to describe what the final score means.

The Instructional Designer has the ability to customize the fill colors of all 4 dials, and the both the “SUBMIT” and “RESET” Buttons. The “RESET” button is initially hidden and will appear when the user selects “SUBMIT”. This resets all dials and calculations to zero. The Slide design is 1280x720 [16:9].
