Hazardous Energy Control: Lockout/Tagout Training
A six-section Lockout/Tagout retraining course developed for authorized employees at a West Virginia EV charging infrastructure manufacturer — built to close the gap between an updated internal LOTO policy and existing training. The course includes a pre-quiz test-out pathway: employees who demonstrate current knowledge at 90% or higher are considered trained without completing the full course. The portfolio clip assumes the pre-quiz identified a need for retraining and shows Section 1 — LOTO Fundamentals — one of six sections covering electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and gravitational/mechanical energy control, each built around scenario-based interactions consistent with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147.
