Who we are

What we collect and why
Contact form. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. Nothing else.
Scheduling. When you book an appointment through our scheduling system (Calendly), Calendly collects the information you provide during booking. That data is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — things like which pages are visited and how long people stay. This data is aggregated and anonymous. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect this information. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
This site uses cookies in two limited ways:
- Google Analytics cookies — used to track aggregate, anonymous site usage data so we can understand how people find and use our site.
- Calendly Scheduling cookies — set when you interact with our booking system to manage your session.
We don't use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or tracking you across other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Who sees your information
Contact form submissions go directly to Jeff Miller. Your information is not shared with, sold to, or traded with any third party — ever. The only exception is the tools listed above (Google Analytics, Calendly Scheduling), which handle their own data per their respective privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to address your inquiry or maintain an active working relationship. If you'd like your information removed, just ask and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. Email us at jmiller@tridentelearningcenter.com and we'll respond promptly.
Email marketing
We don't currently send marketing emails. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy and you'll always have the option to opt out.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date. We won't make material changes without notice.
